Methods of shipping

We will ship your order from our distribution center Via FedEx, USPS and our own fleet. Within 1 or 2 business days from the date you place your order. Please allow product availability and pricing are subject to change without further notice.

Returning or exchanging delivered Items

To arrange a return or exchange for a delivered item please call 908-355-8854. You will receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

Items must be properly packaged in the original shipping box and packaging materials.

Credit/Exchanges for return Items will be processed when the item(s) has been received in our Elizabeth NJ warehouse. Please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks for your credit/exchange to process.

If an item delivered to you arrives damaged, please call with in 48hrs at 908-355-8854. Retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Essential Products. We may require photos of any damage prior to processing your order. All claims for damage must be made within 48hrs days of receipt.
